Mystic proper has one public beach, but hop over to a neighboring town and enjoy the sand and water of Long Island Sound at a number of fun, family-friendly beaches.

Williams Beach, Mystic

Ocean Community YMCA in Mystic is the site of Williams Beach, a small public beach with calm waters. Complimentary parking at the YMCA.

Esker Point Beach, Groton

600 foot long beach with volleyball courts. Free parking across the street. Popular concerts on select Thursday nights in the summer.

$30 parking fee for non-Groton City residents.

duBois Beach, Stonington

A great, small, family beach located at the tip of Stonington Borough. Daily passes are $10/person. Season passes available
