GMCC and DMMA Seeking Interns

Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce

Seeks students to intern as Administrative Assistants in our Executive Offices and Welcome Center. Students will work with the staff on ongoing projects and special events. Also required to help out with answering phones, administrative duties, and tourism inquiries. Some before hours, after hours and weekend events required.

Looking for interns with strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt to the flow of a busy work environment. Transportation is a plus, though not necessary. Non-paying internship. (Mileage reimbursed)

Downtown Mystic Merchants Association

Seeks students to intern for non-profit, volunteer organization. Tasks include delivery and  distribution of flyers, posters to individual stores and restaurants; Create a photo bank for DMMA’s social media and digital use; Assist at major events throughout the year. Attend General Meetings and assist the Board of Directors in executing the mission of the organization. Transportation a must. Non-paying internship.
