Dave and Wendy Eck and Clay Burkhalter, the owners of the locally loved Dog Watch Cafe in Stonington Borough, have brought a super family friendly restaurant to Stonington (on border of Mystic East and Stonington off of Route 1) at the former Cove Restaurant.
Dog Watch Mystic is beautifully landscaped with a fenced in patio, fire pit area, an outdoor bar, a tented area with picnic tables (great for larger groups) and seating for 40 inside. There is even a corn hole zone and an ice-cream tent (seasonally). Well done, team Dog Watch!

My wife and I had lunch there today after our bike ride, it was absolutely delicious. We had a very good experience, just like at the Dog Watch in Stonington. We will tell our friends about how nice the staff was and about the delicious food and great atmosphere.

It has really been done over beautifully, friendly staff, and we got a look at quite a few plates and entrees…..Excellent menu. Something for everyone. To be honest a few friends always go to Dog Watch in the borough and I like this one better. Bigger and staff very outgoing and friendly.

Dogwatch Mystic has great food & entertainment along with great service .The wait staff does and excellent job . Dave makes me tired just watching him run around to make sure things are done right .You won’t be diisappointted.
My husband and I went to the Wine Dinner last night with friends. The wines were great and the food absolutely delicious. We could tell lots of dedicated employees went to a lot of trouble so it would be a perfect evening. And you succeeded! It was lots of fun and am looking forward to another special dinner with you.
