Virtual Program: Drawing to De-stress

You don’t have to be da Vinci to enjoy drawing. A Drexel University study published in Art Therapy in 2016 found that drawing releases stress reduction hormones for everyone, regardless of skill level. Join us for an ongoing Zoom program about basic tips and techniques for drawing, and how to make drawing a stress relieving practice. We meet monthly to share art, sketches, or doodles we’ve been working on with other group members, and then have built in time to free sketch and chat. Group members will share tips and strategies they’ve discovered to make drawing fun and stress free. All are welcome to join the Zoom meeting with their own materials.
Registration is required to attend this program. You will receive a Zoom invitation the morning of the program.
