Around the World in 80 Gardens

Bill Memorial Library in Groton is sponsoring an interactive Zoom garden tour, “Around the World in 80 Gardens,” with Central Connecticut State University Professor Emeritus Richard on January 18 at 1 p.m. Known for his expertise and sense of humor, Benfield takes attendees to 80 unique gardens, including the three-acre gardens in the Singapore Changi Airport and the tropical gardens of the Seychelles and the Canary Islands. The program culminates with the beautiful gardens of Benfield’s home country of England.
