Reforest the Tropics is a very unique non-profit organization with a global impact. They “offset carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by converting deforested tropical lands to biologically and economically sustainable new farm forests.” Their program allows forest sponsors to claim captured CO2 to offset emissions generated by their activites.
