Mystic Yoga Shala

A successful Yoga school located in Mystic offering about 50 yoga classes a week, 7 days a week. Mystic Yoga Shala has been open since January 2006. They have trained many yoga teachers who teach in the area as well. They are a short bike ride away from the train station and downtown Mystic, conveniently located across from the Big Y.
