Moses Laboy and Lauren Wells announced that the restaurant formally known as Pizzetta has been purchased by the couple and is being transformed into COAST provisions + tipples restaurant. Located at 7 Water Street in Mystic, CT, COAST will boast several inviting rooms and outdoor spaces on multiple levels where guests can savor locally sourced, approachable, and innovative New American cuisine with touches of New England seafood.

With a combined 40 years in hospitality, the couple is showcasing their passion and experience through a local ingredient driven food menu, a captivating craft cocktail menu and a thoughtfully curated wine selection. Drawing inspiration from their roots in New York City and their deep family connection to Mystic, they aim to bring a unique blend of flavors and experiences to the community.
