Join us with Katie Ziskind, local Child & Young Adult Therapist and owner of Wisdom Within Counseling, for a youth-focused arts therapy circle to break from exams and virtual classes. Participants will create and express themselves in a safe space during this guided session. In doing so, teens can learn to process difficult emotions through expressive outlets. Supplies will be provided by the library. You can pick up your grab and go kit of supplies by registering and calling to arrange a pickup.
