Intro to Birding

Do you want to learn more about the feathered friends who visit your backyard? The Bill Memorial Library in Groton will host staff from the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center for an Introduction to Birdwatching program on Saturday, May 17. Meet at the library at 2 PM for a lesson on birdwatching basics, then practice what you’ve learned during a walk around nearby Washington Park. There will be some be walking on uneven terrain.
