Join us for a relaxing evening painting with Pam Haligan of Pam’s Picassos. We will use acrylic paint and together we will create this lovely lighthouse. No experience necessary and open to ages 12+. Step by step instruction from Pam of Pam’s Picasso’s. The Mystic & Noank Library has sponsored this event so that it is free of charge to the public. All materials will be provided. Registration will open on Monday, July 17.
