The intention of this breathwork circle is to help people find their true path and follow it with excitement and freedom, letting go of societal restrictions, expectations or imposed barriers. We will begin by doing some very simple asanas to gently warm the body, then we will get grounded and experience a short, guided meditation. Using the practice of breathwork as support, we will breathe together and begin to clear out stagnant energy that creates restrictive blocks in our lives.
