Be the judge for the first annual brisket cook-off at The IRONS Restaurant & Bar at Hilton Mystic
On March 31 from 2pm to 6pm, we’re bringing together top New England chefs to battle it out and win best brisket! Each chef will prepare their favorite brisket and two sides. Try each brisket with sides and vote for your favorite.
$5 from each ticket sold helps to support the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers.
JUDGING
We will award two top brisket winners. A People’s Choice Award and the Overall Winner as judged by a Certified Barbecue Judge, Michael P. Carufel. Michael is a certified judge with The Kansas City BBQ Society and World Food Championships. He is also a member of the Northeast BBQ Society.

Real country ain’t dead; it’s just gritty not pretty!
