Twisty Kids is a fun and non-competitive approach to get kids moving. Children learn creative movement concepts and yoga postures designed with kids’ imagination and fun in mind. They will also learn relaxation techniques and practice mindfulness and respect for others in this class lead by Yoga with Miss Kim. Great for ages 6 – 9 years old!
