Digital Program: Healthy & Amazing Sauces

Join us for an instructional cooking video with Colin McCullough, of Colin Cooks Vegan, who teaches vegan and non-vegan people alike how to incorporate whole-foods, plant-based meals into their diet. You can also join us for the other programs in his Whole Foods Cooking Series: Healthy & Amazing Sauces in April and Veggie Burgers & Veggie Sausages in May.

A great sauce is the secret to making healthy foods taste delicious! In this class, we’ll learn how to make four different tasty sauces for hearty and heart-healthy bowl meals using fresh, whole-food ingredients. Right now many people are trying to find uses for their pantry items like beans, grains, etc., and these delicious sauces are a versatile way to put those pantry items to use!
