Digital Program: Food Explorers Cooking Class for Kids!: Homemade Fettuccine

Join Katie Shepherd, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade pasta for your family! You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your own fettuccine without needing a pasta machine! Using just a rolling pin and some muscles, you’ll have perfect pasta in no time.

Food Explorers provides children with the knowledge to make healthy choices for themselves. By combining nutrition education with cooking and hands-on food exploration, you’ll have a Food Explorer in no time!

You will need the following ingredients for this recipe

2 eggs, AP flour, olive oil, salt and your choice of sauce and side. This class will be conducted using Zoom.

This is an online program. Registration is required to attend this program. You will receive a Zoom invitation the morning of the program. Families with children ages 7 and up.
