Digital Program: Cool-ology presents Curious Colors for Kids!

The science of color is more than meets the eye! Kids learn about refraction, color spectrums, primary and secondary colors, and conduct color chemistry experiments. They become color mixologists, create beautiful chromatography art and much more utilizing the science of color!
Activity 1: White bowl or plate, skittles OR gobstoppers OR colored m&m’s, cup of water
Activity 2: Water based colored markers (not permanent like sharpies), white coffee filters OR paper towels, high sided tray to put coffee filter/paper towel on (to catch spills), cup with water, pipette OR eyedropper OR straw
Activity 3: Clear cup or glass filled with water, pencil, index card, marker (any color)
Activity 4: High sided tray to catch spills, 2 cups, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup vinegar, food coloring, paper towels, pipette OR eyedropper OR straw, dish soap, teaspoon
