About the Authors
Meri Allen believes that books are magic. She is the author of the Ice Cream Shop mystery series from St. Martin’s Press. Her debut, The Rocky Road to Ruin, made Book Riot’s list of “Seven of the Best New Murder Mysteries to Add to Your TBR.” Like her main character Riley Rhodes, she is a former librarian – but not for the CIA. She has served as the Library Liaison of Sisters in Crime National, and is a member of the Chesapeake and New England chapters. A native New Englander, she enjoys haunting vintage shops and bookstores. She shares photos of cozy New England and amazing ice cream confections on Instagram and Facebook. Cate Conte/ Liz Mugavero is the bestselling author of three mystery series, two with Kensington Books and one with St. Martin’s Press. As Liz Mugavero, she writes the Pawsitively Organic Mysteries, the first of which was an Agatha Award nominee for Best First Novel. As Cate Conte, she writes the Cat Cafe Mysteries and the new Full Moon Mysteries, featuring newbie witch Violet Mooney. She is a member of Sisters in Crime, Sisters in Crime New England and the Cat Writers Association.
Vicki Delany is one of Canada’s most prolific and varied crime writers and a national bestseller in the US. She is currently writing four cozy mystery series: The Tea by the Sea mysteries, the Sherlock Holmes Bookshop series, the Year Round Christmas mysteries, and as Eva Gates, the Lighthouse Library series. A past president of the Crime Writers of Canada and a co-organizer of Women Killing it, a crime writing festival, her work has been nominated for the Derringer, the Bony Blithe, the Ontario Library Association Golden Oak, and the Arthur Ellis Awards. She is the recipient of the 2019 Derrick Murdoch Award for contributions to Canadian crime writing. Sherry Harris is the Agatha Award-nominated author of the Sarah Winston Garage Sale Mystery series and the Chloe Jackson Sea Glass Saloon mysteries. She is a past president of Sisters in Crime, and a member of the Chesapeake Chapter of Sisters in Crime, the New England Chapter of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, and International Thriller Writers. In her spare time Sherry loves reading and is a patent holding inventor. Sherry, her husband, and guard dog Lily are living in northern Virginia until they figure out where they want to move to next.
