Sandwich Shop to Open in Mystic?

Slop Shoppe to open a downtown Mystic location? The creators behind the sandwich shop plan to bring uniquely flavored, specialty sandwiches using local farm fresh ingredients. Their menu looks ridiculously tasty…Some samiches include: “Banh Mystic” (crispy pork belly, pickled carrots jalapenos and daikon, cucumber, cilantro, and Sriracha aioli , with a sweet soy sauce), “Rob & Art” (crispy artichokes, fonduta, broccoli rabe, lemon & garlic relish), and several options for the kiddos – for example a PB & Jelly Banana Dog!
