Summer 2017 Events at the Library

Mystic & Noank library has a FULL line-up of great events for kids and the family this summer. Here’s to name a few.

Family Movie Matinees

June 23 to August 18 – Fridays at 3pm in the Library’s Ames Meeting Room. For a full listing of movies check out the Library’s online EventKeeper calendar. Matinees are free and open to the public; no registration is required. Bring your snacks!

Teen Movie Night

June 27 to August 1 – Tuesdays at 6:30pm in the Library’s Ames Meeting Room. All movies are free and open to the public; no registration is required. Bring your snacks!

Terrific Tuesdays

June 27 to August 1 – Tuesdays at 2pm. The Library’s Terrific Tuesdays series is part of their Build a Better World! Summer Reading Program and is appropriate for children of all ages. It is free and open to the public due to generous funding from the Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library. No registration is required.

Science & Nature Series

June 29 to July 27 – Thursdays at 2pm. The Library’s Science and Nature series is part of our Build a Better World! Summer Reading Program and is appropriate for children of all ages. It is free and open to the public due to generous funding from the Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library. No registration is required.

Preschool Summer Science

June 28 to July 19 – Wednesdays at 10:30am. The Library’s preschool science series is part of our Build a Better World! Summer Reading Program and is appropriate for children in preschool and kindergarten. It is free and open to the public due to generous funding from the Mystic Women’s Club. Class size is limited; register online through the Library’s EventKeeper calendar.

Teen Art Series

June 20 to July 25 – Mondays at 2pm. This series is free and appropriate for ages 10 to 15. Class size is limited and registration will be done through the library’s EventKeeper calendar, available from our website. Exercise your brain and create!
