Downtown Merchants “Paint the Town Pink”
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and downtown Mystic businesses “Paint the Town Pink” to raise awareness. Pink flags line the sidewalks. In addition to decorating their windows and stores with pink, many shops and restaurants throughout downtown are participating by donating a portion of their sales to the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation. In addition $1 donation cards are available at various locations.
