Tricia McAvoy: A Path to Health

Tricia McAvoy, an author, yoga instructor and lifestyle expert, gives a talk on living well!

Trish McAvoy helps people make better life-style changes for themselves. Her specialty is mid-life women who have struggled with sugar addiction and weight problems and are ready to dive deep into new and effective ways of handling their health.

“We can all live healthy and vibrant lives if we give ourselves the permission to shine,” says Trish. “But sometimes things get in the way of our shining. We get caught in patterns of thought or behavior that hold us back in life, while at other times we feel stuck not knowing how to make the changes that we desire.”

This event is free and open to the public; no registration is required.
