Monday SUP FIT Class With Meg
Come join us for SUP Fit classes on the Mystic River! Looking to spice up your current fitness routine? These classes will get you moving and doing various exercises, ranging from push ups and squats to paddle board up-downs, guaranteed to get your heart rate up! All movements are done on a paddle board.
Must be an experienced paddler.
Every Monday from 6pm-7:30pm in August
