Stained Glass: Weekend Workshop

Not sure if stained glass is for you?

This is a perfect opportunity for those who have little or no experience working with stained glass. You will construct a beautiful, colorful art glass strip panel while learning the techniques of the Tiffany copper foil method of construction. You will learn to score, grind, foil and solder glass, frame and finish an entire piece in this 2-day workshop. You will bring home a panel suitable for gift-giving or hanging in a window. Materials are included in the price. You’ll choose from a large selection of 3” wide pieces of art glass and cut them to fit one of 3 patterns offered. Glass bevels may be purchased from the instructor. Finished panels are up to 21” long. No open-toed shoes, please.

The class will meet from 10 am – 3 pm each day.
