In celebration of Long Island Sound Day, you’re invited to join Mystic Aquarium and community partners for the Mystic-Wide Clean-Up – a town-wide, large-scale debris removal event.

Their goal is to remove more than 400 lbs. of debris from over 10 miles of riverside property in Mystic, and they need your help! Help them and partners including Mystic Seaport, Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center, Stonington High School and more during this eight hour-long event that will take place at sites throughout the town.

Each site will be completely stocked with safety and cleaning supplies, the only missing piece is you! Whether you help out at one site for just a few minutes, or spend the whole day cleaning up the town, they can’t wait to celebrate Long Island Sound Day with you.

Stop by the sign-in table at the front gate of the Aquarium anytime between 12 – 3pm to join us in cleaning Coogan Boulevard

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Denison Pequotesepos Coogan Farm, 162 Greenmanville Ave
Stop by anytime between 1 – 3pm to join us in cleaning Route 27
