Mystic Seaport will open at 8:15 a.m. on May 17. Join us in the Shipyard at 8:45 a.m. for a brief farewell ceremony before the Charles W. Morgan casts off and departs at 9:15 a.m.

A month-long fitting out period will take place while the Morgan is in New London. Once preparations and training are complete, the vessel will work her way up the coast of New England on her 38th Voyage, stopping in several ports along the way. On select days the Morgan will be open for boarding and feature a dockside exhibition program that will include historic interpretation, live demonstrations, music and more.
