Farrah Kaeser of Natural Equilibrium, a Master Medical Herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, Natural Health Consultant and a Natural Medical Doctorate student will be discussing medical herbalism for everyone at Karma Kitchen Mystic.
She will also discuss the origins and traditional uses of herbal medicine, the differences between traditional herbalism and medical/clinical herbalism.
Different types of herbal preparations will be shared, with a focus on teas. Farrah will have teas to sample and purchase. This talk promises to be interesting and informative!
