Kula Wellness Club – Do What Feels Good

Join The Kula Project and Patti Murphy/Super Real You for a three-part series of community meetings focused on body, food, and life, inspired by Hannah Bronfman’s book “Do What Feels Good”! Meetings will take place on Thursday evenings at 6:45 in March and April after the 5:30 Kula Flow class (included in the price). See below for full details and dates and stay tuned for additional announcements and surprises.
Thursday, March 12 – Body
We will go over the first part of Hannah’s book and make one of the amazing tonics she gives recipes for. Our discussion will center around feeding our skin and taking care of our gut while we enjoy lite bites and the tonic!
Thursday, April 9 – Food
Our second meeting will be a tapas style dinner catered by Karma Kitchen featuring some of the healthy recipes in the second part of Hannah’s book! We encourage everyone to try some on their own before the dinner to talk about their thoughts on the flavors and how it made them feel.
Thursday, April 30 – Life
We’ll close out our first Wellness Book Club by bringing the third part of Hannah’s book to life – desserts and face masks! Ashley from Le Spa will create one of the DIY masks for us and we encourage everyone to make and bring one of the desserts from the book as we talk about curating a custom routine for yourself and how important self care is!
