Kids Yoga Workshop

This hour long workshop will introduce kids to basic yoga poses and breath work, and all around body awareness through fun and engaging poses and activities. Kids will be able to explore movement and mindfulness in immersive ways both alone and with their fellow classmates in this fun and dynamic play experience!
