Intro to SUP Class with Jeff

Every Thursday In July and Aug

Our exciting introduction course is a great way to learn stand up paddle boarding.

You will learn water safety , proper paddle technique and the skills to paddle confidently in our 60 minute SUP class.

This is a laid back class to build your confidence and get you out on the water having fun.

Take in the scenic, historical views along the Mystic River as you connect with nature.

Registration Ends Wednesday 29th at 5pm

Sign In – 6pm
Safety Meeting – 6:15pm
Launch – 6:30 pm
Return by 8pm

$40 per person includes paddle board with leash , paddle & life jacket
