Homeschooling – Woodworking Projects Workshop

This is a 6-week homeschooling course taking place on Thursdays, September 29 to November 3, 10 am – 1 pm. The class is designed exclusively for students who are eager to explore the art of woodworking and create their own small projects. Projects included:

Birdhouse (2 class days)Viking Chair (2 days)Cutting Board (2 days).

Throughout this hands-on program, you will venture into the captivating world of woodworking and learn essential techniques to craft three projects. Each project will start with instruction and demonstration on the tools and techniques involved and culminate with ways to customize and decorate your work to your taste before taking it home. From mastering the use of woodworking tools to understanding wood selection, join us as we unleash your creativity and guide you through the process of bringing your ideas to life.

Whether you’re a beginner or have prior woodworking experience, this course is tailored to accommodate all skill levels. Discover the joy of working with your hands, develop your craftsmanship, and take pride in the small projects you create during this six-week journey.

Classes will offer ample time for hands-on instruction, guidance, and practice. Our experienced instructor will teach you the safe and proper use of tools, ensuring a secure learning environment. Participants must be able to stand while using hand tools and light machinery. Protective gear will be provided, and closed-toe shoes are mandatory to ensure your safety during the class.

There will be a short break each session.

All materials are included in the cost of the class

Parents will be contacted via email after ticket purchase and will be sent follow-up paperwork. Please note that the class fee is non-refundable unless it does not meet minimum enrollment. If this occurs, you will be contacted a week in advance, the class will be canceled, and fees will be refunded.
