GMCC Mystic Outdoor Art Festival Kick-Off Party
The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce will host a “deluxe” Business After Hours on Thursday, June 22, 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Co-hosted by Simply Majestic Jewelers and Import Auto, the theme is “Luxury Hits the Road.” The event will be held at Import Auto, 805 Stonington Road, Stonington. The party celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival (MOAF), the oldest festival of its kind in the Northeast.
Fifteen luxurious prizes will be a part of the business card drawing.
Mezza, Bleu Squid, Epicure Brewing, and Cove Ledge Beer, Wine & Spirits will provide savory bites, mini cupcakes, and beverages.
Local artist, Susan Noyes will unveil a commemorative painting for the occasion. Signed prints of the painting will be available for sale.
Proceeds benefit the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival.
Registration is encouraged. Members are $10; the public is welcome to attend at $20.

Mystic Outdoor Art Festival is scheduled for August 12 & 13, 2017. Planned and executed by the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival is the oldest of its kind in the Northeast region, and draws more than 85,000 people from around New England and beyond during this two day event. As a juried art show, the Art Festival serves an audience of discriminating art enthusiasts; residents and weekend visitors alike.
The festival showcases over 250 artists, with more than two miles of arts and crafts including: oils, watercolors, photographs, pastels, sculpture, woodwork, comics, acrylics and more. The Mystic Outdoor Art Festival is free of charge, and features activities and artwork for all ages to enjoy, including a Children’s Art Park.
