Field Days at Mystic Seaport Museum

Thanksgiving dinner is done and the whole family is together. Why not spend some time outdoors on our museum grounds? We will have a variety of outdoor and indoor activities the whole family can enjoy. Try your hand at a 19th-century lawn game, make a seasonally themed craft, explore the Museum grounds with a scavenger hunt activity, and learn about how Thanksgiving and the fall harvest were celebrated in the 19th-century.

On Saturday, November 26th come see Steve Elci & Friends at 1:00 PM on our performance stage.

Steve Elci coined the term “edutainment” to best describe his work. A combination of entertaining lyrics and notes, mixed with an educational lesson, Steve Elci & Friends music is sure to get kids excited. Edutainment is “learning through music,” compelling for children of all ages and children at heart. Steve performs original songs and creates unique dance steps that light up the stage.
