Enjoy Easter Brunch The IRONS way at Hilton Mystic

Once the big bunny is finished delivering baskets, he plans to hop over to The IRONS Restaurant and Bar to greet guests for a spectacular Easter Brunch.

Brunch will be served on Sunday, April 16 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The cost for adults is $45 per person, children age 5-11 is $15 per person, and complimentary for children under age 5.

Photos with the Easter Bunny will be part of the holiday festivities.

The IRONS menu will feature a delectable Omelet Station; a Local Raw Bar with Cocktail Shrimp, Crab Dip, and Crab Claws; a Carvery Station starring Garlic Studded Roast Leg of Lamb and Pinot Noir Mint Jus and Herb Crusted Sirloin with a Veal Demi-Glace. An additional station will offer Chicken Saltimbocca with prosciutto, mozzarella, and fresh sage cream plus Cod Provençale with roasted peppers, olives, tomatoes, torn basil, and roasted garlic.

Sweets and treats include Carrot Cake, New England Bread Pudding with Jack Daniels Anglaise, Miniature Tartlets, Petit Fours, Mini Pastries and Peter Cottontail’s Candy Bar complete with jelly beans, chocolate Easter eggs, and peeps.
