CT Puppy Yoga at Delamar Mystic – Fall In Love With Adoptable Rescue Puppies

CT Puppy Yoga is back in Mystic this fall with adorable rescue puppies! Join us Sunday, November 8, at the beautiful Delamar Mystic for an unforgettable experience combining gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, playful puppy cuddles, and plenty of puppy love. We’re partnering with All Paws on Deck, a Connecticut-based rescue organization dedicated to saving dogs and finding them loving forever homes. A portion of every ticket supports their lifesaving work! Each one-hour class includes gentle yoga, puppy playtime, relaxation, and plenty of cuddles. Yoga mats are provided, and no experience is necessary. Make a day of it! Guests who join us for brunch or happy hour at Delamar’s beautiful waterfront restaurant, La Plage Mystic, will receive a complimentary mimosa with a reservation.
