CT Children’s Author @ Bank Square Books
Local children’s author, Rob H. Hunt, will be signing copies of his new books Kyle Evans and the Key to the Universe and Kyle Evans and the Deadly Plague at Bank Square Books in Mystic, CT, on November 20, 2016.
These two books are the first and second installment of an exciting new trilogy about a boy, his cat and his friend Sofia. As the story unfolds, Kyle and his companions set out on the journey of a lifetime, and discover along the way that Battle Droids are scarier than Search Droids, Kranken are more terrifying than either of these, and Gomes are always hungry. But more important than any of this, Kyle and Sofia learn that sometimes a cat is not just a cat.
“I started writing this trilogy almost three years ago,” said Hunt, “and I am delighted to be sharing Kyle, Bootles and Sofia with the world.”
The first book that Hunt wrote for middle graders – Flicker – was enthusiastically reviewed, earning an average rating of five stars on Amazon.com and four stars on Goodreads.com.
The signing will take place between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm at Bank Square Books in Mystic. Kids (and their parents) will have the opportunity to meet the author, chat with him about his stories and writing, and purchase signed copies of Kyle Evans and the Key to the Universe and Kyle Evans and the Deadly Plague, all while supporting their local bookstore!
