Community Café at the Bill Memorial Library: A Discussion with Police Chief Michael Spellman and the City of Groton Police Department
On Saturday, February 29, 2020, from 9:00-10:00 AM, the Bill Memorial Library will host Police Chief Michael Spellman and members of the City of Groton Police Department as they discuss recent scams, elderly-directed crimes, and local narcotics issues.
