COLONIAL KIDS PRESENTED BY THE AVERY COPP HOUSE STAFF!

What was it like to be a kid growing up in Colonial America? Find out when the staff of the Avery Copp House Museum visits the Bill Memorial Library on Tuesday, July 7 at 1:00 PM. Kids in grades 1-5 will learn what it was like to live in colonial times without modern conveniences. Participants will also play with colonial toys and games and make a simple colonial craft. The Colonial Kids program is part of our 2026 Summer Reading program Unearth a Story! celebrating all things dinosaurs. Pick up a reading log and play our Jurassic board game this summer and earn free books and chances for great prizes.

Library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
