Enjoy running a beautiful Connecticut coastal town at the Hartford HealthCare Mystic Half Marathon & 10K. Experience 13.1 or 6.2 miles past historic ships, through the charming downtown and along the scenic shoreline. Enjoy a spectacular fan-filled finish line in front of Mystic Aquarium.

Updated course for 2020: The 2020 event will also deliver an updated course to route through Mystic Seaport, offering an exclusive opportunity for race participants to run through the seafaring village on the museum grounds and pass National Historic Landmark ships on the Mystic River.  After the Seaport, the race course continues through downtown Mystic, over the historic drawbridge, along scenic River Road and through quiet country roads.  The half marathon has also been adjusted to provide fewer elevation gains in the back half of the course.  An exciting new finish line for both the half marathon and 10K will take place in front of the Milne Center for Ocean Science and Conservation at Mystic Aquarium.

All participants receive a high quality short sleeve technical shirt and custom designed finisher medal with a special race theme. After the finish, enjoy a celebratory spread and post-race party in Olde Mistick Village.

HMF Sam Adams Challenge Series: The Mystic 10K is the first event in the 10K Challenge. Run three classic 6.2 milers throughout CT – with stops in Bloomfield in July and Old Wethersfield in August – and earn a special series quarter zip. DETAILS

The Mystic Half Marathon is the second event in the 3-race CT Challenge. The endurance challenge starts at the L+M Hospital Spring Stride 10K and finishes with 26.2 at CT’s signature event, the Eversource Hartford Marathon in October. DETAILS
