Ladies Intro to SUP Class with Delaney

Our exciting women’s-only introduction course is a great way to learn stand up paddle boarding.

You will learn water safety , proper paddle technique and the skills to paddle confidently.

This is a laid back class to build your confidence and get you out on the water having fun.

Take in the scenic , historical views along the Mystic River as you connect with nature.

Every Saturday Morning in July and August.

Launch – 8:30 am

$40 per person includes paddle board with leash , paddle & life jacket
