The complete Latitude 41° Easter Brunch menu begins with mouth-watering soups, salads, and starters, followed by made-to-order eggs and omelets, crème brûlée French toast, and smoked applewood bacon. Then, cut into classic dishes straight from the carving board like garlic and rosemary-rubbed leg of lamb or brown sugar and bourbon baked ham.
