Animal supporters from across the state are invited to Mystic for a festive night out that doubles as a game-changer for pets in need.

The event, set for 6-10 p.m., supports lifesaving care of homeless pets being cared for by CHS.

Faux Fur Ball fun starts with furry VIPs greeting attendees at the door and continues with delicious food, complimentary wine and beer, music and a photo booth. The silent auction room will be packed wall to wall with sports game packages, theater tickets, craft brewery baskets and big-city trips, while the live auction will give guests an excuse to plan a tropical getaway—Caribbean vacations are just a few of the big-ticket items up for grabs. Pet-themed trivia and Fund the Pets bidding will round out the night.

CHS serves pets from all over Connecticut through its three Pet Wellness and Adoption Centers in Waterford, Newington, and Westport, free pet wellness clinics in Norwich, and the Fox Memorial Clinic, a low-fee, public veterinary clinic in Newington, utilized by people all over the state.
