DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, July 12 from 6:00 to 7:00\nWednesday\, July 19 from 6:00 to 7:00\nWednesday\, July 26 from 6:00 to 7:00\nWednesday\, August 2 from 6:00 to 7:00\n\nJoin Chelsea of Bluebird Yoga to practice Physiyoga\, a gentle form of yoga that incorporates mindfulness and some physical therapy-inspired exercises and neuroscience. She understands the importance of safe movement and leads students through a practice that builds from gentler modifications through more difficult variations as they increase strength and flexibility. \nRegistration is appreciated for a headcount!

SUMMARY:Roode Concert Series: Danny Fleet & Noah Feldman
DESCRIPTION:Join us this summer for the Mystic & Noank Library’s annual Roode Memorial Concert Series. It’s a series of free outdoor concerts on the grounds of the Mystic & Noank Library. These concerts celebrate the life of Mystic & Noank Library patrons Agnes and Carl Roode. The Roodes were longtime Mystic residents who loved music and the Library. Their family continues the tradition of honoring their legacy with a wonderful lineup of talented musicians in 2023. This summer’s series features three musicians from different genres and musical stylings. Please bring your own lawn chair\, blankets\, or other seating to your comfort level. In the event of rain\, indoor attendance will be limited\, and the Library will welcome the first 50 guests to arrive. \nPerformer Bio\nDanny Fleet and Noah Feldman are Southeastern Connecticut-based singer/songwriters and multi-instrumentalists. They have collaborated on stage and in the studio with their bands Fleet and Noah & the Flood\, and have also played acoustic duo shows across Connecticut. They blend roots influences with pop sensibilities for an original brand of indie-rock\, and enjoy putting a unique spin on covers from their favorite artists.
