We will move through a fusion of familiar yoga poses while utilizing Pilates core strengthening poses all set to a fun weekly theme (check out our Instagram for theme updates: https://www.instagram.com/thekulaproject). \nCommunity driven happy hour yoga 1 hour flow from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with wine tasting after from 6:30pm – 7:30pm in our lounge space. Wine tasting/happy hour included in your drop in rate. Come for the Yoga and stay for the wine while we watch the sun set over the dock of the bay and play some corn hole on the dock.
