Business Spotlight: Aerial Horizons

Beautiful photos are critical to successfully market homes. Creative images produce emotional responses within life’s largest financial transaction.  Images of candlelit dinners, gleaming tiled kitchens, and master bathroom spas draw us in because we’re able to imagine ourselves in these beautiful settings.  Aerial Horizons, LLP provides gorgeous interior and exterior real estate photos. Unique properties are captured using drone photos and videos. It isn’t enough to read a description of a property near water when an aerial photo shows how close it is.  Stunning landscape details, proximity to water and architectural or design features are enticing with crisp images. Virtual tours are especially helpful for out-of-state buyers and busy locals. A well-told story helps prospective buyers to see themselves living in and enjoying that special home.

Gabe Garza (above) and Zach DeBottis (below) are the creative, energetic owners of Aerial Horizons, LLC who artistically convey the best features of each property.  Precise lighting and angles leverage the best features in an entertaining way. Local real estate offices Century 21 Shutters and Sails, Switz Realty, Sotheby’s International and IMT enthusiastically endorse the professional work of the Aerial Horizons team. Selling a home is too important to leave to amateur photos.

Have you seen videos of the Mystic St. Patrick’s Day parade? How about the fabulous aerial videos of the Mystic River, Stonington Point or Stonington Harbor? I’ve enjoyed and shared them many times. Recent photo montages of the new Sip of Mystic and Mystic Eats pop into my online feed with photos from local Chambers of Commerce events. These are all produced by Gabe and Zach who love to promote our community to visitors and locals alike. Their enthusiasm for this nautical corner of the world manifests itself in stunning vistas and charming surprises. They are engaged with individual businesses and groups to support and promote the best Mystic has to offer. Their cheerleading efforts often go unnoticed but have boosted the success of multiple local events.

From their downtown Mystic office, Zach, Gabe, and their team have produced short, fun promotional videos for Mystic Diner, Pizzetta, Spicer Mansion, the sailing vessel Anne (for a PBS documentary), The Town of North Stonington, and much more. Videos are perfect for sharing on social media as a way of attracting attention and enticing potential visitors on the go. With a great video and a bit of social media guidance, any business can attract, engage, and educate customers. We all benefit from attractive angles and good editing, don’t we?

Keep an eye out for these young entrepreneurs the next time you’re at a local event or if you spot a photographer at a house for sale. You may catch them doing what they do so well: showcase Mystic’s best. For the next few weeks, look for the “SEA MYSTIC” billboard with their photo of downtown Mystic on select highways in CT and MA.
