The folks from Saltwater Farm Vineyard restored the old gas station on the corner of Broadway and Washington Street and we’re quite impressed! The bar area is inviting (open air seasonally) with several seating options (bar counter, a bar height community or family style table and some comfy seats off to the side).
They offer wine, spirits, coffee and inspired small plates (served daily 5pm – 10pm). They also have a dining space just beyond the bar and serve breakfast. It feels very metropolitan, yet it’s right here in the seaport community of Mystic, CT!
Catch live music at M/BAR every Thursday and Sunday afternoon.

This place is really great! Excellent place for a breakfast or lunch meeting. Very cool atmosphere for evening drinks and nibbles too!
I was looking for a new good breakfast place. We need another in Mystic.

Food was just ok, bacon was really greasy, when I received the bill I almost fell over, service was so awful.
Complicated menu, with 2 items bean burrito with egg and quiche…I know now why the place was empty.
Put 5 other items on the menu like bacon and eggs, French toast, drain your bacon and train your staff.
Everyone there had just started or had only been there 5 days.
Too bad …I will never go back!
I never write bad reviews and tried to give some constructive criticism to the manager. She had no interest in listening. I was sincerely trying to help them.
