Happy Time Nursery School at Union Baptist Church 
Located at the top of “Baptist Hill” right above West Main Street in Downtown Mystic, Happy Time has been in operation since 1967! The philosophy at Happy Time is “Kindness”based and non-religious though a prayer is said before snack-time. They get outdoors most days even in the winter months. Fun fact: there’s an annual field trip to Mystic Pizza which is located just down the street.

Denison Pequotsepos Nature School
Nature School uses the 350 acre property and surroundings as a “living classroom”. Fun fact: kids have the opportunity be outside every day. they build forts, hold a snake and get up close and personal with nature.

Mystic Aquarium’s Sea School 
Sea School is the only preschool located at an aquarium. They offer a very hands on curriculum that promotes self discovery and love for the world’s oceans and all within.

St. Mark’s Toddler Play Group for 2’s
This group is a great option for littles ones who aren’t quite old enough for pre school, but are getting prepared for next year! This is a non profit and non religious based program located at St. Mark’s Church just off West Main Street in downtown Mystic.
